Dwayne Keith Hay, CEO

Dwayne and his brother Michael founded SkyWayUSA and family owns a radio station in eastern Kentucky. His father engineered and built radio stations as early as 1967. In the early 1980's, they began Saturn Satellite Systems, a wholesale electronics distributor. An award winning distributor in the C-Band satellite business, Saturn later became a distributor for DirecTV for nine years. They were the recommended distributor for the NRTC for DIRECTV equipment and installation supplies, and the fulfillment partner for Pegasus providing both hardware and installation fulfillment in seven states. Dwayne earned a degree in computer engineering from the University of Kentucky. He currently resides in Louisville, Kentucky. Dwayne is a member of the SkyWay Board of Directors

Tyree Wilburn, Chairman, SkyWay USA Board of Directors

Ty is the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Merit Health Systems and Chairman of SkyWay’s Board. Ty Wilburn has over 30 years of hospital industry experience, including mergers and acquisitions, finance, operations, strategic planning, and venture capital. Mr. Wilburn is responsible for maintaining the company’s strategic focus and leads the management team in all initiatives. Serving as CEO since January of 2003, Mr. Wilburn has been instrumental in the company’s several acquisitions. He has also taken great care in putting together a motivated and talented management team which has improved performance in all Merit owned health facilities year over year. Prior to joining Merit Health, Mr. Wilburn’s experience included senior executive positions at Community Health Systems and Humana. During his career, Mr. Wilburn has led and closed more than $3 billion in transactions.

Don Smith, Chairman Advisory Board and Compensation Committee

As President & CEO of Smith & Company LLC, Don has over forty years of sales, marketing and management experience, having pioneered many techniques in sales and marketing now utilized by many major corporations He developed and managed sales forces, has taken major new products and services to market successfully, is talented in sales & seminar planning across many industries, managed negotiations, acquisition analysis and execution, and business plan development and investor introduction in start up and expanding companies. Don remains active in the Louisville and national business community, is a board member and advisor to several corporations, and resides in Floyds Knob, Indian with his lovely wife Kathy. Don is Chairman of SkyWay’s Advisory Board, Chairman of the Compensation Committee and is a member of the Board of Directors.

R. Gary Stephenson, CFO

Gary comes to SkyWay with more than 30 years experience in Finance and Marketing. He spent the first 9 years of his career with Brown & Williamson Tobacco Corp. in a variety of management positions in both domestic and international operations. He left B&Wamp;W to join Management Science Associates, a Pittsburg based, national marketing/media consulting firm which provided pioneering marketing/media/financial database management and analytical services to many of the largest corporations and advertising agencies in the US. Gary consulted with more than two dozen Fortune 500 companies and directed MSA southeast US operations. He then returned to his home in Louisville where he founded a private consulting firm, R.G. Stephenson & Associates. In his role as President he has provided financial, marketing and general management services to small and medium sized companies in the Louisville area for more than 20 years. In 1989 Gary also co-founded, with his wife Elizabeth, and served as President/CFO & Chairman of the Board of Pathways Child Placement Services, a licensed therapeutic foster care and adoption agency. The agency closed in 2002 after serving hundreds of families and children in Kentucky and Indiana. Since 2003 Gary & Elizabeth have been the Louisville franchisees of Gymboree Play & Music, which is the largest provider of child enrichment classes in the US for children birth to 5 years old. Gary has a BS with a double major in Accounting & Business Administration from Western Kentucky University and an MBA from the University of Louisville.

Michael Hay, COO

Michael was Sales Manager for WEKG/WJSN Intermountain Broadcasting, a family owned and operated radio station, in 1975 earning a 200% Sales Increase Award for 1975 and 1976. In 1982, Michael formed, together with his brother, Dwayne, a wholesale electronics distributorship, Saturn Distributing, of which he was President. Michael currently resides in Jackson, KY and enjoys spending time with his family. Michael is on the SkyWayUSA Board of Directors

Joseph Kehlbeck, Strategies Advisor

Joe has extensive experience in manufacturing and procurement, having served thirty-six years with General Electric Co. in multitude of manufacturing and purchasing supervisory positions, including as General Manager for International Purchasing. Following his career in GE, Joe founded Kehlbeck & Associates, a software development and consulting group. He served on the Boards of Directors of Philippine Appliance Co. and Mercer County Hospital and the Advisory Boards of the Oklahoma State School of Industrial Engineering and dot.com company OnDisplay. Joe is a Past President and Fellow of the Institute of Industrial Engineers. He has a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa and an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University. Joe is on the SkyWayUSA Advisory Board.

Michael E. Boone, President – Michael Boone and Associates

Michael is a major stockholder in SkyWayUSA and also owns and manages the national wholesale and branding of the SkyWay Platform under the business of BroadBandinaBox. Michael is a graduate of Bellarmine College and has shown over 45 years of leadership in the staffing industry and other entrepreneurial endeavors. He is a major shareholder in Easy Connect, LLC, a national call center servicing SkyWay and the broadband industry. Michael is on the SkyWayUSA Board of Directors and is a member of the Compensation Committee
